I am involved in the restoration of jukeboxes which has led me to reproduce several spare parts predominantly for Bal Ami machines, a parts list is available to the public on request.

Amplifier and Receiver Servicing

Prices quoted include replacement of capacitors, both coupling, signal and electrolytic, and any out of tolerance or noisy resistors.

Not included are can-type electrolytic capacitors, defective transformers, valves and missing and/or broken parts and return shipping & insurance.

Post and packing varies from £25 to £50 or more (depending on weight) per unit.

All services carry a three-month warranty on all installed parts; this does not include damage from power surges or lightning.

Please note that post and packing is extra on all units.

When sending amplifiers, remember to protect the bottom with plywood or other wood. Ensure that you wrap well with bubble wrap or foam rubber, etc. cushion with cardboard, bubble-wrap (air cap) or crushed newspaper.

PLEASE...DO NOT SEND ANYTHING IN FOAM "PEANUTS" - POLYSTYRENE IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO PROTECT ITEMS FROM DAMAGE.

A £10.00 PER PACKAGE LABOUR SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ANY ITEM OR ITEMS SENT IN FOAM "PEANUTS" DUE TO THE TIME AND TROUBLE INVOLVED IN REMOVING THEM.

ALWAYS REMEMBER TO SEND A PACKING NOTE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE CONTAINER/BOX.

A pre-built box or other wooden sheet is preferred with the unit/s fixed to it. This prevents the contents "rattling" around which could cause further damage during shipment/post. A local courier service collection can be arranged if required at the appropriate cost.
